Design
Borgo tying machines are projected to satisfy all the customer’s requests, from the small butcher to the big food industry.
Versatility, dimensions and specific production needs are the essential factors considered in the preliminary design phase. Each machine is projected with the latest tridimensional drawing software, in order to determine every detail carefully. After the first design phase we proceed by realizing a prototype, which will be tested, and then we start the production in series.
Technical assistance
Among the support services, Borgoensures technical and practical training for the final operators of the tying machines, moreover, if necessary, it provides the delivery and the installation.
Our company offers an ordinary and extraordinary complete technical assistance. The ordinary maintenance is planned together with the customer and generally is done one time per year. Through the control panel the operator checks the maintenance by checking the working hours and the working cycles, in order to guarantee always the correct functiong of the machine.
In case of faults, the assistance will be done by specialized technicians within 24 or 48 hours after the request.
In alternative, through the remote assistance software in our tying machines, it is possible to make examinations or to intervene by remote, for a faster service.
Industria 4.0
All Borgo machines are prepared to satisfy Industry 4.0 requirements. This permits to intervene by remote to solve faults during use:
- The interconnection with company network is done through OPC UA protocol where our machines are like Server; it guarantees the bidirectionality of exchange data, regarding the production batches manage.

Spare parts
Borgo 1988 offers a complete spare parts service to guarantee a constant support to the customers.
